About this document
This agreement has been drawn for a flat owner who has a licence to use a car space, either specific or general, but who is not presently able to use it. Using this agreement he can effectively sub-license his space to another flat owner. You may want this arrangement to last only a few weeks or for several months.
This is a simple agreement with a menu of “do’ s and don’ts” for your licensee. There is of course provision for your licensee to comply with the terms of your own licence document.
If you are licensing a space youf own, use Licence agreement for a car parking space.
This agreement is suitable for personal use.
