Who we are Net Lawman Ltd is an English company operated by Andrew R. Taylor. Almost all legal work is undertaken by Andrew and Rajeev Goswami. Rajeev has a small team of Indian lawyers which we use as required.
Andrew Rhodes Taylor BA (Econ) Andrew has a degree in economics and was an English solicitor for over 20 years. During that time, he has also been involved as a director and shareholder in a number of businesses, principally connected with commercial property or the Internet.
The document templates sold by Net Lawman have been drawn by Andrew and a small team of specialist solicitors and barristers. The documents are regularly updated to take account of new law

Ulrike Doheny-Adams
Uli was born in Hamburg, Germany. She is tri-lingual English-German-French. She read English at Reading University then moved on to the College of Law in London. After qualifying as a solicitor, she joined a “high street” firm of solicitors, where she specialised in family law. She was a member of the Solicitors Family Law Association.
Uli now lives in France with her family. .
At Net Lawman Uli provides the family law service and has drawn all family law documents.
Uli gives advice that is always positive, pragmatic and helpful. She understands how difficult it is to be objective in a highly emotive situation. She will be strong in her support for you, firm in her dealings (through you) with any other party, and flexible enough to find the best solution for you.
How we work
The Net Lawman service aims to bridge the gap between the traditional processes involved in seeking legal advice and the need for businesses to be smart, quick and efficient in all their dealings. Simply, if you require help, you can probably find it here, very quickly and at low cost.
Because we are not solicitors, we are not permitted to offer a full range of legal services. Within the range we offer, we aim to provide an exceptional service. You will find us fast, receptive and efficient.
Net Lawman legal advice is provided on a “no liability” basis. The business is not regulated by The Law Society.
Our document service
You may use our documents in almost any way you like – we have little control of how you do choose to use them. With common sense and a little care, we are certain that most businesses can save many thousands of dollars annually by using Net Lawman documents. The reasons are:
· Our documents are “real” template documents in plain English, just like solicitors would use. They are updated as and when new la requires.
· All our documents are in plain English language – no legalese.
· Legal documents come with extensive, helpful guidance notes. Every time you buy from us you can be more confident in how you use the document.
· You can use our documents many times. (But the law does change. The document you buy today may be out of date next month!)
· Our prices are very low. Though we criticise the solicitors' monopoly, we know that a practising certificate comes with strings attached - or perhaps we should say chains! Solicitors really do have to take your full instructions and provide full advice before they can provide the document you know you can handle yourself. So pay us R2000 or pay your solicitor R10,000. It is just a choice.
· We have professional advice available to support you. Whatever your document drafting problem, you can come to us for additional advice. You are never alone.
