Who provides expert legal advice?
All Expert Legal Advice is provided by our team of in-house lawyers, headed by Rajeev Goswami.
How do I know the advice you provide will solve my problem?
The advice we provide gives you the facts. Further, we can tell you your legal rights, various solutions to your problem and the possible outcomes of choosing each solution. We can also help you to draw letters and documents where necessary. We may not be able to solve your problem, however, we can provide you with the information you need to take the next steps with confidence.
What do I get for my money?
We investigate your situation by asking detailed questions. We then investigate the law, where necessary and provide you with a mini report of detailing your legal rights and obligations, how the law applies to you and the other parties involved (if any). Next, we make suggestions for a solution and inform you of the probably outcomes of choosing each of our suggestions. We can draw letters and documents for you too, where appropriate.
We are unable to represent you in court or sign documents on your behalf.

Spare money is always refunded for any payments over £20.
