Sale agreement: car or other vehicle

If you sell a vehicle privately it is critical that you agree set terms with the other party. If you are the vendor, this means the purchaser cannot return six months later and tell you he doesn’t want the vehicle. If you are a purchaser, a written agreement can give you peace of mind by ensuring the vendor agrees on certain features of the car – the mileage for example.
