Standard will: all to one person, or another person if necessary
Simple will - all to one person, probably spouse or life
partner. If he or she dies first, then to others. Suitable for:
married or single person, may have relatives
About this document
This is a very simple, yet effective will providing a testamentary gift of the testators estate all to one person, for example, their spouse or child. If that gift fails, then the gift is specified to go to another person or charity.
The difference with this will is that if the donee of the gifts die before the testator, the gift will go to another specified person. So there is a back up provision.
It is suitable for a person with few relatives, whether they are married or single.
The Net Lawman wills are suitable for most situations. If the will you need is not here, we can draw a will to your precise instructions for a very reasonable fee.
In these descriptions: “remainderman" means the person entitled to capital and any accumulated income after the death of a person with a life interest (a “tenant for life”).
