We have used the word “remainderman" to mean the person entitled to capital and any accumulated income after the death of a person with a life interest (a “tenant for life”).
We have specified each will as “suitable for” some type of will writer. These “types” are by no means exclusive. Anyone can make a will from any of these templates.
