How to find the right will
These wills are suitable for almost every situation. However, everyone is different. If you need help choosing, please contact us.
We have used the word “remainderman" to mean the person entitled to capital and any accumulated income after the death of a person with a life interest (a “tenant for life”).
We have specified each will as “suitable for” some class of will maker. However, these groups are not exclusive. Anyone can make a will from any of these templates.
