These comprehensive documents provide for the most common matters that could surface between you and your web writer, graphic designer or coder.
ZA-ECM004 is most suitable for either large or more complex sites.
ZA-ECM005 is most suitable for smaller sites because it is not as lengthy as ZA-ECM004.

These documents can be used by either party but are most suited to any person or Company wanting to allocate website designing work to a professional website designer. This is simply because they protect the client more than the web-writer, designer or coder.
However, coder, web-writers and designers can gain an advantage by providing the legal document and setting a firm starting point for negotiation. If you are for example, the coder or graphic designer, simply amend the document to suit you.
